Join us for our next Supper & Workshop. Alessandro will be creating summer dishes with flowers & foraged herbs & leaves from Good Earth Growers in Cornwall. They forage along the Cornish coastline & specialise in growing small vegetables & micro leaves for restaurants. The flowers are not just beautiful but have delicate flavours that can add so much to a simple dish. Alessandro will show various ways of cooking & serving the flowers on this quintessentially summer menu.
