Made with techniques that date back to 5000 BC, this simple style 'Banon' cheese has been dusted with Herbes de Provence. The interior pate is smooth, silky and almost runny, with enough depth of flavour to complement the herbs. A perfect light cheese for lunch or supper, to enjoy with salad or a plate of charcuterie. Aromatic and savoury, these styles are great with Rosé wine.
