The array of tomatoes in the summer months brings a rainbow of colour to the displays in our shops; to name a few: Carmagnola, Cuore di Bue, Costoluto, Datterini, Fonadanello IGP, Gencara, Green Zebra, Gusto Black Seed, Heirloom – including Pineapple, Noire de Crimee, Marmande, Merinda, Piccadilly, San Marzano & Zebra Datterini... it's quite a show! Alessandro, La Fromagerie Head Chef, will host the workshop & supper, sharing his culinary insights from a professional kitchen as he takes guests through the different tastes, textures & ways of cooking with these fabulous varieties.
