Biodynamic wines take careful handling since every facet of growing and harvesting – down to fermentation and ageing – takes great skill. This wine rests on its lees (skins, etc.) in old oak barrels for two years and is bottled with a light filtration. Beautiful straw colour, with delicate scents of dried apricots and almond skins. Rich on the palate, showing succulent minerality, with a dry finish and flavour of russet apple, pear and almond.
