Following a rather long winter we are more than ready to dive into Spring, the shop is brimming with the new season produce; artichokes, peas, broad beans, cabbages & of course asparagus. Kidding is finished leaving the goats free to forage in the fresh herbaceous grass alongside nettles, clover & dandelion. Their milk is then used for the new season goat cheeses bringing wonderful sharp, citrus flavours.

For this Workshop & Lunch Patricia will take guests through the new season goat cheese alongside more matured ones, looking at different styles of the cheese making process; Alessandro will be sharing his culinary skills with goat cheese in salads, pasta & soufflé showcased alongside the fresh produce we source from growers in France, Italy & the UK.
