Perfect your cooking techniques as our head chef Alessandro Grano takes you through a dish step by step. With the new season asparagus we thought it the perfect opportunity to hone your brunch skills; the perfect poached eggs alongside the classic accompaniment to both eggs & asparagus – Hollandaise sauce. At the end of the workshop guests will sample a plate with a glass of wine, finishing with a Q & A with Alessandro – leaving just enough time for a spot of shopping.
