Sardinian Pasta Workshop + Supper

Before you all leave the city for holiday coastal retreats join us for one of our last summer workshops. These will start at a slightly later time and will be followed by supper at 8pm. For these workshops we have chosen quintessential summer ingredients – but not always the easiest to prepare; Alessandro will be sharing his culinary secrets from a professional kitchen.
Over an aperitivo Alessandro will help us master the art of homemade pasta. But we will start with Malfatti: delicate dumplings with Spinach & Ricotta. Then on to the pasta! Alessandro will prepare a classic pasta dough and make them into inticate shapes such as Mezzuluna & Tortelloni filled with Fresh Crab. We will finish with the traditional Sardinian fritter, Seadas, the sweetness of the honey balanced with the saltiness of the Ricotta.
