Join us for an evening exploring the unlikely pairing of Sake & Cheese. To guide us through some history and background Mr. Jun Kono of the Sohomare Brewing Company with be joining us alongside Asami Tasaka of World Sake Imports, followed by a tasting menu of a range of sakes and cheese. For several months we've been experimenting with introducing sake into our washed rind affinage, and the result, a sake-washed Langres, is a particular standout. Come along and taste the union of two ancient traditions, together at last.
