In the beautiful heart of the Chartreuse Valley, this small handmade farmhouse production offers a unique taste and character to this richly textured cheese. With a floral aroma, the flavours are gently lactic. Fudgy with a melting quality just below the rind, it is a perfect cheese to enjoy fine red wines with body – we also like pairing with Chateau Bouscaut's Pessac Leognan.
