The Leclere dairy is one of 6 own herd farm made cheesemakers in the region. A solid drum shape lightly brine washed cheese with a natural mould rind.  A very classic style that is perfect with the Chablis wines of the region. The cheese is also perfect with dry Champagne, as the nutty mushroom flavours work very well with the acidity of the wine.
