Join us this Spring for our first cooking workshops at LA FROMAGERIE BLOOMSBURY hosted by our head chef Alessandro.  Guests will be served the dishes as Alessandro prepares each dish sharing his culinary secrets from a professional kitchen as he takes guests through the different cooking techniques.

A humble yet store cupboard essential, this workshop we focus on 4 types of rice that we source directly from Piedmont: Whole Grain Brown, the inky Black, Vialone Nano & the exceptional Carnaroli. We will explore different cooking techniques how to use them in different ways from Arancini stuffed with Peas & Mozzarella di Bufala, a Blackrice & Seafood Salad, to the perfect Risotto of Morels & Asparagus finishing with a classic 17th century dessert from Bologna, Torta degli addobbi made with Rum & Candied Cedri.
