Sustainable farming followed by traditional practices the wines are aged in barrels for 18 months. All wines are bottled without fining or filtration, resulting in a silky textured balanced wine with touches of old school elegance. There is raspberry, cherry with hints of blackberries and liquorice; the tannins are more rounded making this a lovely red for summer dining. Cheeses: Brie de Meaux, Brillat Savarin, Reblochon.
