100% Trebbiano Toscano (organic). Located in Turri, near Montefalco, the best winemaking area of Umbia, the vines are harvested in September. Fruit is macerated in steel tanks for three days after pressing. The juice is aged on the lees in stainless steel for five months. No fining or filtration takes place. The resulting wine is dry with a fruity minerality that has a dried-raisin richness.
