Best served lightly chilled. Developed in collaboration with Philippe Olivier, a master-cheesemonger based in Boulogne. The mixture of the malted barleys and choice of an aromatic hops is how the beer draws its original perfume. The balance of its fruity noise and its delicate bitterness also lends itself quite naturally to the local cheeses of the region.
