100% Gamay. From a sixty-year-old parcel of Gamay vines below the village of Fleurie on pink granitic schist. Fermented as whole clusters protecting character and freshness of fruit, then pressed in tank off skins before spending six months in old large format barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. This is a light, floral and delicate wine. Medium weight with a long fresh finish. Designed to be refreshing and deliciously drinkable!
