Join us for our upcoming Cooking Workshop & Supper, featuring Bitter Leaves & Refreshing Citrus, and hosted by our Head Chef Alessandro Grano.
The January bitter chill has crept up on us but bitter isn’t always to be feared as our shops have a wonderful selection of winter bitter leaves. This time of year is truly unique with a stunning array of salads & citrus produce only seen in deepest winter months into early Spring.  The leaves with the new season citrus are paired together to make the most delicious seasonal dishes, whether raw, grilled, roasted or braised.  Be inspired to get to know more about Scarola, Tardivo & Rosa di Simone alongside Sevilles, Tarocco, Moro & Amare!  Alessandro, La Fromagerie head chef, invites you to join him as he prepares & cooks dishes showcasing these very pretty speckled leaves & see how versatile they are, especially when matched with the vibrant fresh, zingy dressings, glazes & culinary techniques.
