As we enter the last throes of winter, we turn to Auvergne for inspiration for this upcoming cooking workshop and supper. Led by our Head Chef Alessandro Grano, this event is all about Aligot - the classic dish of pureed potato cooked with tomme fraîche, is the star of the show. We’ll also look to other Central French classics - this is an evening not to be missed!
