This spring our head chef Alessandro will be hosting a series of evening workshops in our Marylebone W1 shop. Our first workshop was lovely, finishing with delicious plates of asparagus with poached eggs and hollandaise alongside a glass of Chateau du Bloy.

The workshops are quite small and informal to allow Alessandro to demonstrate his preparation of the ingredients and chat with guests, answering any questions as he prepares the dishes.
