A light, delicate wine from a vineyard in South Lake Garda. Soft pressed after a manual harvest at the end of September, it spends three months in steel, followed by three to four months in the bottle. A further ten to fifteen months gives more depth. Light straw robe, with citrus notes of unripe fruits, spring flowers and blossom. Fresh, soft, harmonious, with a finish of almond skin. Great as an aperitif or with lighter goat's cheeses.
