We are delighted to be participating in the London Evening Standard's LONDON FOOD MONTH. We are offering two exclusive events in June. For the first time we will be opening our cheese maturing rooms to the public, offering a unique insight into the Art of Affinage at La Fromagerie London
Patricia, founder of La Fromagerie, will host the tour, taking guests through the process of sourcing and working with our cheesemakers. She will open up our maturing rooms and show how we continue the maturing process,before they are then sold in our Cheeserooms.
The evening will then move to our Highbury Shop & Cheese Room where, following a tour of the Cheeseroom, followed by a tutored Summer Tasting of Cheese & Wine selected by Patricia.
Please note our maturing rooms are a Food Safety Controlled Environment.
Guests will be required to wear Health & Food Safety Protection Garments (shoe guards, hairnets & cheesemonger coats) which La Fromagerie will supply.
