JOY OF SAKE
It was six years ago that Patricia Michelson first tried pairing cheese with sake - an experiment that proved exciting as it opened the door for so many pairing options. Since then, La Fromagerie has hosted several events highlighting unique cheese & sake pairings, and we are now excited to be joining Joy of Sake at the Barbican on 28th September. Patricia with colleague Kiko Ito will be introducing some unique cheese pairings as well as washing cheese in Sake too.
