This is a unique position for someone with great customer service skills but also a very keen interest in farmhouse cheese; a general knowledge of London restaurants would also be an advantage.

The right applicant will be responsible for running the Wholesale and Online back office.
As the first point of contact for all Wholesale customers you will be liaising with chefs and restaurant staff ensuring first class customer service is maintained for both existing and potential new clients.

Our online operation involves processing the orders and overseeing the fulfilment, shipment and tracking. You will supporting the sales and marketing team with developing the online offering and driving sales through effective marketing.

Both areas of the business require a level of cheese knowledge, along with an in-depth understanding of our retail offering.

Full training will be provided.

A knowledge of the platforms Squarespace & Mailchimp would be an advantage, along with strong telephone and communication skills and an excellent command of English.
Position: Full-time. Long-term. 45-hour week.
Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm.

We have one full-time position that will be based between our Marylebone Shop and Highbury Wholesale Maturing Rooms. Full-Time Permanent Position. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with our HACCP & cleaning schedule.

You will be working with three chefs, helping prepare the daily changing menus for the shop & cafe in a small, well-run kitchen. We are looking for someone who is experience but looking to grow their knowledge in the catering industry.

Previous experience in a similar style establishment would be an advantage, ideally with barista training and an understanding of professional, attentive and friendly service along with a keen interest in food & wine.
