Do you have a passion for cheese? Do you want to be exposed to all facets of a highly reputable, successful and growing business? If so we have a unique and exciting opportunity to work across both our retail and wholesale departments to become a fully trained CHEESEMONGER.
We have one full-time position that will be based between our Marylebone W1 shop & our Highbury N5 warehouse. To be successful in this role you will need to be adaptable, eager to learn, have an eye for detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and develop the expertise to deliver excellent levels of service.

Full training will be provided and for the right applicant looking for a long term challenge there will be opportunities to grow within our business.
Wage Negotiable for the right candidate.
5 days a week – some evening & weekend work required.
Please note this is a long-term appointment with a minimum commitment of at least 18 months.
The successful candidate will need to be physically fit & willing to work as part of a team in our refrigerated cheese room. The ideal candidate will have good cheese knowledge, however a willingness to learn, to taste and to absorb information is essential.

We currently have a position available for FULL-TIME wait staff in our No 6 Tasting Cafe at Marylebone W1. Previous experience in a similar style establishment would be an advantage, ideally with barista training and an understanding of professional, attentive and friendly service along with a keen interest in food & wine.

The right applicant will be conscientious with excellent time-keeping and of smart appearance. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team is essential.

Five day week: Monday - Sunday with flexible hours.
Minimum duration of 9 months' employment required.
