EXPERIENCED WAIT STAFF

We currently have a position available for FULL-TIME wait staff in our No 6 Bar at Marylebone W1. Previous experience in a similar style establishment would be an advantage, ideally with barista training and an understanding of professional, attentive and friendly service along with a keen interest in food & wine.

The right applicant will be conscientious with excellent time-keeping and of smart appearance. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team is essential.

Five day week: Monday - Sunday with flexible hours.
Minimum duration of 9 months' employment required.

WAREHOUSE N5
GROUP QUALITY CONTROL/TECHNICAL MANAGER

La Fromagerie has two locations in central London, Marylebone W1 & Highbury N5; the first shop, situated in Highbury Park, opened in September 1992, the second, just off Marylebone High Street, opened in November 2002. Both shops feature cheese maturing cellars & our signature walk-in Cheese Rooms. In Autumn 2011 La Fromagerie moved its wholesale department offsite from Marylebone W1 to specially designed cellars in Highbury, where our affinage now takes place.

Due to the continued growth of La Fromagerie Wholesale, as well as the role-out of additional retail stores, the company is now recruiting for a Group Quality Control/Technical Manager. The candidate should have worked in specialist food wholesale or manufacturing business and been integral to the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of HACCP and SALSA processes and procedures. This new role presents a great opportunity for the successful candidate to spearhead the quality control function across the Wholesale business and retail stores, and to support the company in its continued growth and expansion.

SHOP FLOOR ASSISTANT

We currently have a position available for FULL-TIME shop floor staff. Previous experience in a similar style establishment is preferred, along with a keen interest in food and an eagerness to learn.

The right applicant will have excellent time-keeping, be of smart appearance and possess a positive attitude. To deliver the very best customer service you must be highly focused and have a willingness to work as part of a team.

Five day week: Monday - Sunday with flexible hours. Some evening work will be required.
Reporting to the shop manager & duty managers.
Minimum duration of 9 months' employment.
