gnocchi & filled pasta workshop

We will begin the workshop with a classic filling of Spinach & Ricotta followed by a demonstration on Handmade Fresh Pasta, and then, of course, how to fill it — from Agnolotti to Tortellini Alessandro will guide you through the process step-by-step. Finish with a little Sage Brown Butter & shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano — you will never buy fresh pasta again!
One you've mastered the art of filled pasta Alessandro will prepare a summer favourite of handmade Gnocchi with Summer Squash finished with a little Caprino Goat Cheese.
