Available from October to March, LA FROMAGERIE Fondue Suppers are a fun & delicious way to enjoy mountain cheeses in the winter months, especially when paired with local wines. Below is more information about how a fondue supper
Aperitif: Crémant d'Alsace
Founde Suppers begin with a seasonal salad of Savoie goat cheese & walnut dressing. Fondue Savoyarde pots are then shared between four guests with broccoli & steamed potatoes. Local charcuterie, crusty bread & cornichons accompany each pot. To finish a classic Tarte aux Tines is served, followed by Le Piantagioni Coffee & Milly la Fôret herbal tea.
We have a fabulous range of Savoie & Jura wines – from a modestly priced Chignin Blanc les Tours to an exceptional Chignin Bergeron 'Cigale' les Tours. The level of wines you prefer will determine your final budget.
Our Fondue Suppers start at £65.00 per person, including an aperitif & Savoie wine pairing. If you would like to choose different wines from within your list, we will adjust the price accordingly. With regards to wine, we will agree the number of bottles with you prior to the event, although additional wines can be ordered on the night & will be invoiced accordingly.
