Aperitif: Crémant d'Alsace
We begin with a seasonal salad of Savoie goat cheese & walnut dressing. Fondue Savoyarde pots are then shared between four guests with broccoli & steamed potatoes. Local charcuterie, crusty bread & cornichons accompany each pot. To finish a delicious tarte aux fines is served, followed by Le Piantagioni Coffee & Milly la Fôret herb tea.
