Pasteurised Goat Milk
Made by the Five Mile Town Creamery co-operative, owned and run by local dairy farmers. A very fresh and light, almost frothy cheese, superb for use in salads or infused in olive oil and herbs. Not especially goaty, there is a faint hint of the pasture, with low enough salt and just enough acidity to be used in a wide range of dishes – including sweet ones.
