Pasteurised Goat & Cow's Milk
From the Langhe province – close to Alba, host of the annual truffle festival – this is a cow and goat’s milk truckle. A semi-hard crumbly-textured cheese with a naturally developed rind, blooming with grey and white moulds. The pate is studded with chopped black truffles. An intensely aromatic cheese with a full earthy taste, this is perfect eaten on its own, or crumbled over pasta, risotto or salads.
