eggs: MEringues & soufflÉs

Alessandro will explore the different techniques of cooking with eggs through the preparation of soufflés & meringues. He will demonstrate one of our classic LA FROMAGERIE dishes with a 'Twice-Baked' Soufflé with Pecorino Cream, followed by the classic French-style Macaroon filled with a delicate rose scented cream. Techniques galore with this workshop!
