Long maceration (4-5 weeks) with temperature maintained below 30°C, then blended at the end of winter before going into stainless steel tanks for twelve months prior to bottling. Deep red hue with complex aromas of berry fruits. Great balance and elegant tannins. The volcanic terroir gives a minerality to the taste. Drink within four years and enjoy with red meats, stews and cheeses.
