CRAB: Workshop & Summer SUpper

For this workshop Alessandro will show us how to cook and prepare a crab from claws, legs to deadman's fingers; followed by a menu of Venetian-inspired dishes, preparing handmade gnocchi, sauces & dressings - all perfect for a summers evening with a chilled glass of Soave.
