Spring & Summer Workshops return with an evening focused on the preparation & cooking of seafood. For this workshop chef Alessandro will take guests through the preparatory steps of cooking of shellfish along with some classic accompaniments.

100% Turbiano. A light, delicate wine from a vineyard in south Lake Garda. Soft pressing after manual harvest at the end of September. Three months in steel & then 3 - 4 months in bottle. A further 10 - 15 months gives more depth. Light straw robe with citrus notes of unripe fruits, spring flowers & blossom. Fresh, soft, harmonious with a finish of almond.
