Corvina Veronese & Corvinone. The vineyard is situated on the Figari area of the estate, a natural terrace above the Valpolicella Classica area located on the side of the Colle Masua that slopes down towards Marano Valpolicella. Being a Superiore, it is elegant & fragrant; a little austere but very agreeable. Notes of preserved fruit, vanilla & spice. More complex than the standard Classico, it still has the fresh and lively style, making it a natural pairing for soft cheese.
