A very small production of a farmhouse cheese made with milk from the Breant family farm. The milk is rich and silky with a higher fat and protein content due to cattle grazing on pasture grass, alfalfa and hay with less maize supplement. We only have limited stock but are truly thankful that we can show a single farm-made cheese using their own raw milk.
