Join us as we celebrate Robert Burns, poet & balladeer, Scotland's favourite son & champion of the common people. Every January Scots — along with anyone partial to haggis — take time out to honour a national icon & feast on classic Scottish fare.
We will be toasting our Burns Night Celebration with whisky & wines; for Supper; Cullen Skink ‘Soufflé’, Whisky Cured Salmon, then the Haggis will be marched in to the sound of bagpipes & an ‘Ode to a Haggis’. Guests can choose from the ubiquitous Haggis with 'Neeps & Tattis' or a Ballotine of Chicken stuffed with Haggis.
Leave room for the Scottish Cheese Plate with oatcakes washed down with tots of Scotch whisky; we finish on a sweet note with Chocolate Fondant with Orange & Whisky Cream.
