The milk is from pasture grazed goats giving a real sense of the terroir to the flavours. The cheeses are aged 4 months & the distinctive goaty style with a delightful creamy texture will work beautifully as part of a cheeseboard selection where sharp acidity of other cheeses will lend a partnership. Perfect with full bodied white wines with plenty of acidity as well as lighter style reds which can be chilled a little.
