An Autumn Tasting Supper

Join us for an autumnal evening as Patricia guides us through the perfect seasonal pairings of autumn fare from mushrooms, to fruits, nuts & of course beer, cider & wine with cheese.
We begin with a warm salad of wild mushrooms, green beans & Ticklemore, paired with white wine from the southwest of France. Patricia will then take guests through a very British plate including Tunworth, Nuns of Caen & St Jude, made with milk from a local Montbelliard herd in Suffolk. This will be matched with Brogdale apples & cobnuts along with two Kernel beers, brewed in Bermondsey.
Once in France we head to the Rhone Alpes, Hautes & Midi Pyrénées to taste a perfect autumnal plate including Picodon, St Felicien & Bethmale Chevre, paired with pears & figs partnered with a robust red from southwest France.
A puff pastry of Kent Apples will finish the evening.
