After you have hit the slopes in Cortina, & have skied down all the black runs, join us at the Mountain Ski Chalet in Lambs Conduit hosted by our head chef, Alessandro Grano & founder Patricia Michelson.
We will be preparing a classic Italian high mountain Apres Ski Supper.
We begin with a Valtellina classic of Pizzoccheri, a handmade buckwheat pasta cooked with green cabbage & potatoes layered with cheese & garlic, followed by a decadent Fonduta of Fontina & Black Truffle with charcuterie from Trentino & Alto Adige
We will finish with one of the classics of Italy's Trentino-Alto Adige region, Apple Strudel – made with apples, pine nuts & raisins. The province borders Austria to the north & sits between the Veneto & Lombardy to the south.
The menu will be paired with Italian wines.
Tickets are limited, guests will be seated on a communal table; Alessandro hosting part of the evening with a cooking demonstration.
