The old established dairy is within the luscious Breenzerwald meadows. During summer the cattle graze on the sweet pastures studded with herbs, and in winter they are given dry hay grown on the farm.  No sileage to spoil the flavours of the milk are given to the animals. This blossom cheese is semi hard with a light milky fresh cobnut taste with the added bosky aroma and flavour of dried alpine flowers and herbs pressed onto the cheese.
