A LATE SUMMER TASTING SUPPER

The memories of our summer will still be lingering in early September, so join us as we continue the holiday spirit with a summer journey from Haut Provence to Southern Italy finishing in the UK as we taste the best of the late summer cheeses.
The menu will include a crisp Pissaladiere baked with oven-dried vine tomatoes & Sariette de Banon paired with a chilled glass of Provençal Rosé. The trail then heads through Corsica with Tomme de Corse, Casinca & Fleur de Maquis served with a red wine from Southwest France. We then journey down into the south of Italy, arriving in Puglia for Burrata with white peaches & prosciutto, followed by a tasting of cheese from Tuscany, Sardinia & Sicily paired with a Hasar, a spicy red wine from Sicily.
We finish with a quintessential dessert of summer strawberries with Westcombe Ricotta.
