We are delighted to invite you to join us for another glorious evening hosted by Antonio Carluccio celebrating his new book PASTA.
This essential new collection of recipes takes us on a regional journey through Italy exploring different pastas & ways of cooking them.
Over a chilled glass of Prosecco Antonio will be talking about Italian cooking & the regions that have inspired him.
Our kitchen will be cooking a feast of recipes from Antonio’s book from fried pasta, with Parmesan crisps & Prosciutto di Parma to enjoy with your Prosecco, followed by a menu that will take us on a journey from Treviso in the Veneto with a gloriously simple dish of pasta with Radicchio, Speck & Asiago, to Liguria with a homemade gnocchi with Pesto.
The menu then travels to Marche & Abruzzo for squid ink pasta with prawns & cuttlefish.
A Campania inspired dish of Braciole with Paccheri con Ragu alla Napoletana will be a perfect dish to share between two. We finish with a delicious summery Sardinian dessert of Budino di Fregola e Fragole, Fregola cooked in milk with strawberries.
Supper will be paired with some regional Italian wines all making for a rather special & unforgettable supper with the undisputed godfather of Italian cuisine.
