LA FROMAGERIE is proud to supply some of the most reputable chefs and restaurants in the UK. These relationships have been established over many years, and as we continue to grow, our customers are at the heart of every decision we make. We know our customers’ needs because, like them, we have worked extensively in restaurant environments and understand the demands and pressures of the industry.

Our cheeses are sourced directly from small artisan cheesemakers across the UK and Europe and delivered directly to our door. Our respect for the producer is best showcased in our affinage process. Once the cheese arrives to us we continue the ageing process in our specially designed maturing rooms – washing the cheeses, encouraging the growth of moulds, and storing and turning hard cheeses in our cellars. This allows that we only release cheeses when they are at their best.

We offer a bespoke service that is tailored to the needs of the customer. Having the knowledge to properly care for cheese and sharing our producers’ stories & history is at the core of what we do. This is best demonstrated in our structured staff training sessions, ensuring you get the maximum benefit of our expert staff. Just as your menus change seasonally so does our cheese list, we always try to match a cheese selection that complements your style of menu.
