Cow Semi-Soft

Semi-soft natural grey/white moulded wrinkled crust made with unpasteurised Guernsey milk using vegetable rennet. The cheese has a rather French farmhouse style with a creamy rich paté, yet still slightly firm and flaky in the centre. Rich and buttery taste with a gentle earthy aroma.
