Made from air-dried grapes, as the clusters are hung from the ceiling in warm cellars for four months before being pressed and aged in small barrique barrels at low temperatures for a slow fermentation for thirty-six months, and then twelve months in the bottle. Packed with ripe fruit and oak spice concentration. Smooth and elegant and ideal with Cantuccini or almond biscuits and blue cheeses. A lovely way to end a meal.
