Traminer Aromatico

Made by Marco Donati in Trento, Trentino. Made with the Traminer grape. Sardagna vineyards on the slopes of mount Bondone above. Very aromatic in the Gewurztraminer style, but lighter and less 'syrupy' in intensity. Smooth and fruity on first impression with a dry finish. Superb with goat's cheeses, and soft creamy light cheeses, as well as shellfish or just as an aperitif. Serve at 11-13 degrees. Best consumed young although will age for up to 3 years.
