A real treat as this creamy rich tasting tomme has a wonderful hazelnut sweetness matched with a floral finish. Traditional tommes from the alpine region have an acidity from the added skimmed milk, but the Cremeuse has the buttery finish which is delightful when tasting in spring into early summer. Later in the season the flavours will be more pronounced. Perfect with Chignin Bergeron, Mondeuse or Pinot Noir reds.
