TRADITIONAL RENNET

Semi-hard cheese with a smooth, hard rind, washed in Muscadet or Jurançon wine, giving an aromatic floral perfume to the cheese. The smooth white textured pate tastes full and fruity and is perfect as a dessert cheese, especially after seafood. The cheeses are produced in Pays Nantais and ripened and washed in the Pyrénées.
