We are delighted to invite you to our Summer Party at LA FROMAGERIE
Before you all depart on your summer holidays we thought we would indulge in a tasting journey inspired by some of our favourite European summer destinations.
The shop will be set up into various 'tasting regions', with guests encouraged to graze their way around the shop enjoying various cheese and wine pairings accompanied by some delicious canapés prepared by our kitchen.

From the Greek island of Thessaloniki, to Provence for a pairing of delicate goat cheeses paired with a summer rosé, we then head into the heart of the French country side, Gascony the Dordogne for a selection of cheeses paired with French red and white wine. Down to the Spanish Pyrenees for some tapas.
Then up into the Bavarian mountains for Bayrischer Blauschimmellkase otherwise known as Bavarian blue paired with beer.
We then head down into Italy starting in the northern lakes around Veneto along with charcuterie from Trentino and Alto Adige.
We will then head down to the south to Campania and Naples for 'pizzas' made with mozzarella di bufala, Provolone Del Monaco and Sicilian vine tomatoes with basil.
Whether you imagine yourself in your favourite Gelateria in Florence or on the pier in South End on Sea we finish on the most summery note with homemade mini ice cream cones in fabulous flavours from pistachio to espresso, including a decadent Dulce de Leche

This is a relaxed & convivial event, perfect for friends to relax and enjoy a summers evening.
Please note that this is a standing event, however benches will be placed around the shop.
