The grapes are harvested in the third week of October and fermented together. The natural yeasts on the skin are put to use, thereby eliminating the need to add sulphur. No sulphites is rare in wines, and being an organic wine too results in wine with many layers of taste, especially taking into account the slower natural methods. The bright red hue and rich aroma alive with the terroir – along with ripe berry fruits and crisp, soft tannins – makes this an easy-to-love wine for all foods at any time of the year.
