We offer a unique tasting experience tutored by one of our cheesemongers. The tasting can be designed by season, country or region. They are relaxed and convivial evenings, perfect for a group of friends who simply enjoy good food & wine, along with providing the perfect setting to entertain clients or reward your staff at the end of an important project. Each event is designed on a bespoke basis. The final menu is determined by budget.

Canapés: Parmesan Crisps & Comté d'Estive Sables


Tutored by one of our cheesemongers. The first plate of five perfectly matched cheeses is paired with a wine from the same or surrounding region. A selection of regional charcuterie is then offered as the second course or a seasonal salad. The second plate of five cheeses is paired with a red wine. Le Piantagioni Coffee & herb tea brings the evening to a close.


We have an eclectic selection of wines offering the perfect pairings to the cheese. We have sourced many of them from where the cheeses are produced, allowing us to explore the true taste of each terroir. From our own house label wine, Chateau Le Roc – from the vineyards of Jean Luc & Frederic Ribes situated just north of Toulouse – to an exceptional Santenay 2009 Clos de Tavennes Prem. Cru or Amarone Delle Vapolicella Classico from Verona. Many of our wines are sourced directly from the maker, but cover a wide spectrum of price. When budget allows we are delighted to arrange tastings that are just that little bit special, with a tasting glass paired with each plate, allowing you to taste some really exceptional & unique wines.

Costs per head are determined by the style of wines requested by the client.

Starting at £55.00 per person, including wines. 
NB: The number of bottles of each wine will be specified in advance; additional bottles can be requested on the night and will be invoiced accordingly.
