spring sauces workshop

For our third Spring Workshop Alessandro will explore three simple yet extremely versatile sauces; from the classic mayonnaise to a spicy Romesco to herb-based sauces such as Salsa Verde & Pesto. There are so many ways to use these inspiring 'sauces' with simple dishes that elevate ingredients to another level. We will finish with a tasting of the food prepared and a glass of wine. The workshops are kept quite small and informal, allowing Alessandro to chat with guests, answering questions as he demonstrates his techniques.
